Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PostPilot — including this website and the PostPilot application — you agree to these Terms. The service is provided by AEVORA LABS(a sole proprietorship based in Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, India). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PostPilot is an AI-assisted content planning, scheduling and publishing product. It helps you define a brand profile, generate content ideas and copy, upload and prepare media, schedule posts, and — when you connect an Instagram Professional account — publish through Meta's official APIs, manually, on a schedule, or via an optional autopilot mode that works within limits you configure.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
PostPilot organizes data into workspaces. The application currently has no password-based login; you are responsible for controlling access to the devices and environments where you access it.
4. Connected Social Accounts and Meta Authorization
Connecting Instagram is done through Meta's OAuth authorization flow. By connecting, you authorize PostPilot to act within the granted permissions (such as reading your Professional account details and publishing content you prepare). Publishing requires a Professional (Business or Creator) Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page — a Meta requirement outside our control.
You may disconnect at any time from the application's connections screen, which immediately wipes PostPilot's stored access tokens. You can also revoke access from within your Meta account settings.
5. Your Responsibility for Connected Accounts
You are responsible for accounts you connect, for keeping your Meta credentials secure, and for any content published to your accounts through PostPilot — whether published manually, on schedule, or by autopilot operating within your configured settings.
6. Content and User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload and of content generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any media, text, trademarks or other material you upload or ask PostPilot to use, and that your content complies with applicable law and with the terms of any platform you publish to.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated ideas, captions, hashtags and designs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable. You should review content before publishing — or configure approval requirements and quality thresholds so nothing publishes without meeting your standards. PostPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, originality or performance of AI-generated content.
8. Scheduling, Autopilot and Publishing
Scheduled publishing executes server-side according to your schedules and autopilot configuration (frequency, days, time windows, quiet hours, blackout dates, approval requirements, quality thresholds and emergency stop). PostPilot does not guarantee successful publication: Meta may reject, delay or limit publishing for reasons including invalid media, expired tokens, rate limits, permission changes, account standing or API changes. Failures are recorded with their provider error codes for your review.
9. Prohibited Use
- Do not use PostPilot to publish content you do not own or have the right to publish.
- Do not use PostPilot for spam, misleading content, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access other users' workspaces, tokens or data.
- Do not attempt to circumvent approval controls on accounts you do not own, or to abuse platform APIs in ways that violate Meta's terms.
10. Third-Party Services
PostPilot integrates with third-party services including Meta/Instagram, OpenAI and optionally dedicated object storage. Your use of those services through PostPilot is additionally subject to their own terms and policies. PostPilot is not responsible for third-party service availability, behavior, pricing or policy changes.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep PostPilot reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves and as platform APIs change.
12. Intellectual Property
PostPilot, its design and its software are owned by AEVORA LABS. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself — only the right to use it as provided. Your content remains yours, as described in section 6.
13. Termination
You may stop using PostPilot at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend or discontinue access if these Terms are violated or if continued operation becomes impractical (for example, due to platform API changes beyond our control).
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
PostPilot is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEVORA LABS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including missed posts, rejected publications or platform actions on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service (the product currently has no paid plans).
15. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the service and these Terms as PostPilot evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
